The purposes and legal basis of processing

Giving a consent by Data Subject for processing of his or her Personal Data and provision of this Data is voluntary but Tabletop Order cannot perform its services for and/or enter into contracts or communication with Data Subjects who do not give their consent. Giving a consent for processing of Data and providing Personal Data in the form of: name, address, email address is a requirement for entering into a contract with Tabletop Order.
Personal Data is processed by Tabletop Order to: - provide its services, - contacting Data Subjects, - perform analytics, - comply with its legal obligations, - take steps at Data Subject’s request, prior to entering into a contract, - start an ordering process, - respond to enforcement requests, -protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), -detect any malicious or fraudulent activity.

Retention time

Personal Data will be processed and stored for as long as it is required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Tabletop Order and the Data Subject shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed and 2 years after then.
