Explore our painted StarCraft Terran Marauders with heavy blue armour, industrial weapons and subtle battlefield weathering.

Painted StarCraft Terran Marauders are larger and heavier than standard Marines. Therefore, we gave them a darker and more industrial finish.

These models were painted for the StarCraft Terran Starter Set prepared for Archon Studio. They follow the same blue army scheme. However, their armour contains deeper shadows and stronger weathering.

Painting Heavy Terran Armour

The armour was built from dark navy and blue-grey tones. Brighter blue highlights were then added around the largest panels.

This contrast helps define the massive shoulder pads, legs and weapon housings. As a result, the models remain easy to read despite their bulky shapes.

In addition, we introduced subtle teal tones on selected panels. This creates more variety across the armour.

Industrial Weapons and Mechanical Details

Jim Raynor stands at the centre of the painted Terran force.

His miniature was given a darker and more restrained armour scheme than the regular Terran units. This separates him from the brighter blue Marines while maintaining a clear visual connection with the rest of the army.

The face became the main focal point of the model, framed by the large shoulder armour and the blue lights across the chest. His long rifle and elevated rocky base also give the miniature a distinctive silhouette when placed alongside the regular infantry.
